COMPETE FOR CAUSES

Compete for Causes allows people to setup competitions to raise funds for various causes while also enabling such causes to create exciting fundraising activities for existing and potential new donors. Competitions can take various forms, such as calories, steps, weight loss, etc. Compete for Causes combines at least three elements critical elements that help make the world a better place: it encourages people to be healthier, connects highly special and giving individuals, while raising funds and awareness for important causes in our communities. Liability Clause:

Participants understand and agree that by engaging in the exercise competition [hereinafter referred to as "the Event"], they voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. The organizers, including but not limited to Compete for Causes, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers, shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, arising from participation in the Event. Participants waive any claims against the organizers arising from such risks and hereby release and discharge the organizers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or rights of action, whether personal to them or to their heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns, known or unknown, accrued or unaccrued, foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising out of or in connection with participation in the Event.
